Who can use Content-Agent and how
Content-Agent is a B2B SaaS service. Users must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a legal entity. Fair use applies. Scraping the platform and reverse engineering the service are not permitted.

How subscriptions and payments work
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. We do not offer refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The limits of our liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires. Our total liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
